Chalet Dryas is your ideal base for a wonderful holiday in Arosa, should it be to enjoy the enlarged ski area with 225km of trails thanks to the new Arosa-Lenzerheide-Valbella
connection or for hiking and biking in the summer.

Chalet Dryas was built in 1994 and the apartment was completely renovated in 2013 to the highest standard. It provides comfortable living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and
a large open kitchen-dining-living area. The chalet is located at the “Maranerhang”, a sunny and exclusive area above the “Obersee”. Perfect peace and quiet is guaranteed as the chalet backs onto the forest with the apartment located away from the street with a large patio area (with table and sunloungers), across the entire width of the house, directly facing the forest.

Despite the tranquillity, the train station, ski gondolas and village centre can be reached within a few minutes by the frequent free public bus shuttle or by foot in 10 minutes. In the winter, a ski trail finishes just 3 minutes from the chalet.

Children are welcome and there are lots of toys for them to play with and books to read. A cot bed and high chair can be provided. The direct access to a private garden provides a safe outdoor space for the children to play in. One of the bedrooms is set up with a bunk bed and desk that is also suitable for adults.

Arosa is a ‘snow safe’ resort

Arsoa lies on 1800 metres above sea level at the very end of the Schanfigg valley 30
kilometres from Chur, the capital of Grisons. The high altitude and situation in a bowl makes Arosa one of the most “snow safe” resorts in the Alps with close to 7m of total annual snowfall.

In the summer, a huge selection of activities are offered, many part of the “all inclusive” offer. Throughout the year, Arosa offers some superb events and entertainment for all guests such as the well known Arosa Comedy Festival, the FIS Snowboard World Cup, the IceSnow Football event, horse and dog racing on the frozen lake or the Classic Car Race.
